Tony Country: USA "I purchased it at auction and as you can see I take care to not scratch it. Its a Tonka B-202 Stock Farm Set made in 1957. When I first read the auction listing it had this toy listed with its origional box. Nothing about condition. When I got there I couldn't believe it. They don't come any better then this. I thought someone must have restored it and put the parts to the corral in a bag and shrink wrapped them. Since then I have come to realize that its all origional and the pride of my collection." Edward Country: UK A very nice collection from Edward. This was the mail he send me: " ...
I've been
collecting tonka toys seriously for around 5 years, but I've always
had tonkas.
My
collection ranges from a 1955 red pickup, right up to brand new tonka
toys. I mainly focus on tonkas from the 1960's and 70's. most of my
collection is made up of tonka Canada toys, as these were imported to
the UK I believe.
Heres a few
pics, many more can be found on the Ebay
tonka groups.

Patrick Country: Minnesota USA Mint in box wreckers. Rare find. “Pictured are a 1957 ‘AA’ wrecker, a 1956 ‘AAA’ that had a short production run due to a licensing dispute between Tonka and the ‘AAA’ auto club, and a 1956 with the very rare ‘MM’ side decal. Perhaps this was a transitional model, I’ve only seen one other.” - Patrick |
